Although we know what to keep in mind when going to Job interview, we may overlook certain details that seem unimportant
and can negatively affect how the interview goes, prompting us to learn what they are so we can achieve the best possible outcome by
avoiding disclosure of the following:
.
Not knowing about the company:
This is something a person should not say to an interviewer, as it can come across as a lack of interest. Instead, it’s best to التحضير مسبقا,
read at least a brief overview of the company and what it specializes in.
.
Disliking your previous job:
Even if it’s true, people should keep their opinions to themselves and avoid sharing them during the interview, as doing so can suggest that they are difficult
people, making the interviewer feel uneasy.
.
Giving only yes-or-no answers:
Interviewees should avoid limiting their answers to a single word. Interviewers prefer candidates to speak more,
so they can get a sense of their creativity and communication skills.
.
Lying about something you can’t do:
In job interviews, it’s best to be honest about anything you may find difficult to do, while also expressing
your willingness to learn, whatever it takes.
.
Talking about politics and religion:
Some candidates may offend interviewers by bringing up religion or politics in an unwelcome way, which can make the interviewers feel uneasy or suspicious.
.
Not criticizing your former manager:
Just as you should avoid speaking negatively about a previous job, it’s best not to criticize former managers, since you don’t know what relationships may exist between the people or companies involved
and you don’t want to jeopardize your chances by bringing it up.
