Because they’re unexpected and require carefully considered answers, according to Al Nahar, these questions are somewhat personal and touch on your personality and habits. Job seekers can fall into the trap, leading companies to reject them.
.
1. How long do you plan to stay with the company?
This question is meant to find out whether someone wants the job just to add it to their résumé, or whether they’re genuinely committed to doing the work. So, never specify
for a specific period, such as a year, two years, or five years—or as long as the job is right for you. But according to the weekly magazine Bloomberg, the best answer is to express your commitment
to fulfilling your responsibilities without setting a time limit, emphasizing your desire to contribute to the company's success.
.
2- What bothered you about your previous manager and colleagues?
If you’re asked this question, it’s a test of your ethics. Don’t make nasty remarks or use offensive language about your former manager or colleagues, as it will reflect
badly on you. Managers and HR professionals often have close working relationships within the same field, the site warns.

3- If you won the lottery, would you stay in your job?
because a person would stop working after winning the lottery, no longer needing a monthly salary and being free to travel and enjoy their sudden wealth.
Citing career and life coaches, the report said it’s best to answer honestly. Of course, you wouldn’t stay in your job, but you shouldn’t say that you have no desire
to work or be productive at all, or that you’d spend your money traveling and having fun. It’s better to say you’d start your own business and pursue your goals.
.
4- Tell me about yourself:
Avoid talking about your family, friends, outings, and celebrations with them, as Fortune advises. Instead, mention work-related events you’ve attended and tell
them about hobbies that make you seem friendly and engaging—especially if they’re relevant to the job you’re applying for. Talking about your social life and how much your
friends like you matters less to an employer than your cultural activities and your efforts to learn through personal experiences and independent initiative.
.
5- What would you say if I told you that you failed this interview?
Fortune also points to this tricky question, noting that employers use it to gauge your reaction. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve failed, since the
