The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a recession unlike any the world has experienced since the Great Depression of 1929–1939, leaving graduates

of universities facing the worst job market in decades, as around 40 million Americans were laid off.

There’s no doubt that the current situation is difficult in every way and causes anxiety and depression due to the lack of jobs. But there are entrepreneurs

who are extremely optimistic and can persevere through the challenges and try to build their future. You, too, can draw on an idea that solves

Find an existing problem and pair it with your skills. You can also create a job for yourself and become one of the leading entrepreneurs.

.

For example, you could build websites for small businesses to help them move into e-commerce, or support them with marketing

and social media advertising. You could also deliver food in your city or clean homes or offices.

You can also think outside the box, whether you’re young or old. Even if you don’t have a job, you have to choose who you’re going to be.

.

There are reasons you might hesitate to pursue entrepreneurship, including fear of failure and the unknown, concern that the business opportunity may not be good enough,

and fear of choosing the wrong time to start.

But let me ask you this: Is now a bad time to get started? If you’re out of work, it might be the perfect time!

So why wait?

“Rob Burke” was just a college student when he called me three years ago and asked to begin his journey into entrepreneurship,

He wasn’t interested in becoming an entrepreneur at the time; he simply wanted to learn and grow.

“Rob” graduated from “Hamilton College” this year, in 2020. He was expected to be without a job waiting for him, like his peers, but as soon as

he graduated, two companies were waiting for him: the first was Solvit, an agency he launched on his own that generated more than $20,000 in revenue up to

Now, the other venture is Apprentice, a marketplace connecting entrepreneurs with college students. It generated more than $150,000

in revenue during its first nine months.

Now that you know this, if you have a business idea or dream of becoming an entrepreneur, what are you waiting for?!

“Rob” didn’t stop there—he also published a book on his graduation day. So, what are you waiting for?!

This bright young man started working with me in his first year of college and charted his own course until he launched his first company,

Solvit, which focuses on establishing internships. He also shares his personal experiences and insights on how to venture into entrepreneurship.

So, whether or not you’re a recent graduate, the truth is that we’re all currently “graduates of a post-COVID world,” and we can build

our own destiny, just as “Rob” did. As for his book, I believe we can all do the same.

تسببت جائحة COVID-19 في ركود لم يشهده العالم منذ عصر الكساد العظيم خلال الفترة 1929 – 1939، ما دفع خريجي الجامعات نحو أسوأ سوق عمل منذ […]

[491
22133,22134,15629,6765,6272,22135
post-22506","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-491","tag-22133","tag-22134","tag-15629","tag-6765","tag-6272","tag-22135
["GET
Thinking outside the box
