The decision certainly won\u2019t satisfy everyone, because we don\u2019t live in a utopia where we can make decisions that are comfortable and pleasing to all. But remember, making decisions is part of your job.<\/span><\/p>\n

You need to make difficult decisions and know how to handle the reactions that follow.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, the next time you hold a meeting and want to get as much value from it as possible, remind yourself <\/span><\/p>\n
