Kushal Pal Singh faced many difficulties before becoming one of the most important real estate tycoons in the world and the richest Indian real estate developer. He serves as the Chairman <\/span><\/p>\n

and Managing Director of Real Estate Development Company Limited \u201cDLF<\/span>\u201d which was founded by his father. The company owns more than 50 square kilometers of land <\/span><\/p>\n

called the city of \u201cDLF<\/span>\u201c. His net worth, according to Forbes rich list, is estimated at about $5.5 billion in 2018, and his biography was published <\/span><\/p>\n

Kushal Singh was born on November 15, 1931, in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, into an Indian Chaudhary family. His father was a prominent lawyer in Bulandshahr, and he also<\/span><\/div>\n

founded a small real estate development company. Kushal studied science at Meerut University, then moved to the United Kingdom to study aeronautical engineering, and was later selected<\/span><\/div>\n

he achieved in real estate, he became the biggest businessman in this field in India, and was able to turn Gurgaon into a leading real estate destination in India and a center <\/span><\/p>\n

for commercial activities, and today it is called \u201cMillennium City\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under his leadership, the company developed and built the city of \u201cDLF<\/span>\u201d over an area of three thousand hectares, and the company played an important role in attracting a number of huge <\/span><\/p>\n

luxury shopping mall in New Delhi.<\/span><\/p>\n
